§ 2. Technical Requirements and Service Nature

1.
QuizSolver is software designed to support studying, knowledge verification, and test preparation.
2.
Technical requirements: an end device with internet access; an up-to-date web browser supporting extensions (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) with JavaScript, Cookies, and LocalStorage enabled; and an active email account.
3.
The extension processes visible website content and user-designated screen regions. The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with custom or secured layouts of third-party test platforms.
4.
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, good practices, and the rules of institutions and platforms they utilize.
§ 3

§ 3. User Account and Security Rules

1.
Full functionality of the Service and purchasing Credits requires Account registration.
2.
Registration is free and performed via email and password or third-party identity providers (e.g., Google, Discord).
3.
An Account belongs to a single User. Sharing login credentials with third parties, reselling Accounts, and using automated bots or scripts that disrupt infrastructure stability is strictly prohibited.
4.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or block Account access in the event of a material violation of these Terms.
§ 4

§ 4. Credit Packs, Pricing, and Payment Processing

1.
Credit purchases operate on a one-time top-up model (no subscription fees or recurring auto-renewals). Purchased Credits do not expire.
2.
Prices displayed on the Service are gross prices. Prices are presented in Polish Złoty (PLN) or foreign currencies (USD, EUR) depending on the selected payment gateway and User location.
3.
Digital Content delivery (crediting the Account balance with Credits) occurs electronically and immediately upon receiving confirmation of successful transaction authorization from the payment operator.
4.
Electronic payment processing is handled by licensed providers:
a)
dpay: PLN payments via BLIK code and instant online bank transfers – operated by Payments Lab sp. z o.o., Warsaw, KNF register MIP 85/2020,
b)
Lemon Squeezy: international credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay – operated by Lemon Squeezy LLC acting as Merchant of Record.
5.
Credit Consumption Order and Usage Audit: Where a User holds both free/promotional Credits (such as starter grants, welcome bonuses, or referral rewards) and paid Credits (acquired via top-up), paid Credits are consumed and debited first during the use of the Service and Extension, until fully depleted. Every credit deduction is recorded in the User's account history as proof of digital service initiation and performance.
§ 5

§ 5. Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Exclusion of Refunds)

1.
Pursuant to Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, for which the consumer is obligated to pay, if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon performance.
2.
Prior to order completion, the User provides express consent to immediate performance (adding Credits to the Account) before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledges that they forfeit their right of withdrawal once Credits are made available.
3.
The contract is deemed fully executed at the moment purchased Credits are added to the User's Account balance, definitively extinguishing any right of withdrawal or refund claim under consumer regulations.
4.
AI algorithms generate responses probabilistically. Subjective dissatisfaction with generated answers or not achieving desired exam scores does not constitute a defect of Digital Content and does not warrant refunds (this does not limit technical complaint rights under § 6).
§ 6

§ 6. Complaint Procedure

1.
Any technical disruptions in Service functionality, balance tally errors, or fulfillment issues may be reported electronically.
2.
Complaints must be sent by email to support@getquizsolver.com or submitted through the dedicated contact form on the Service.
3.
A valid complaint should include: the email address registered to the Account, transaction ID from the payment operator, date of incident, and a detailed description of the technical issue.
4.
The Service Provider will respond to the complaint within up to 14 calendar days from receipt via email. Failure to respond within this 14-day period is legally deemed an acceptance of the complaint (under Art. 7a of the Consumer Rights Act).
5.
If a technical complaint is accepted, the Service Provider will promptly assign the missing Credits to the User's Account or issue a transaction refund.
§ 7

§ 7. Personal Data Protection

1.
The Service Provider acts as the personal data controller under the GDPR.
2.
Personal data is processed for account creation, transaction processing, complaint handling, and legal/tax compliance.
3.
Detailed rules regarding data collection, processing, and privacy are set forth in the Privacy Policy available at getquizsolver.com/privacy.
§ 8

§ 8. Final Provisions and Dispute Resolution

1.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
2.
Consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution through Consumer Ombudsmen, the Trade Inspection, or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
3.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms for legitimate legal, technical, or organizational reasons. Users will be notified in advance on the Service.
